Tizfiz provided journeyman jockey Agapito Delgadillo and trainer Rafael DeLeon with their most prestigious career victories Sunday by virtue of a desperate wire-to-wire triumph in Santa Anita’s 40th running of the $150,000 San Gorgonio Handicap. Claimed for $50,000 two races previously, Tizfiz was able to set dawdling splits that included a :50.27 half mile and six-furlong clocking of 1:14.54 .  More.....
